Bloggings Most Wanted

The intent of this post is two-fold.  For starters, I wanted to introduce everyone to a pretty cool website called BloggingsMostWanted.  It’s basically a clever twist on the MillinDollarHomePage aimed at bloggers.  We all know we can use some cheap advertising, so I decided to pay for a block and get it on it while it’s early. 

It’s only 15$ to get a 40×40 block.  I didn’t even read what this guy’s evil plan was or why he needed the money, I just looked at some of the click numbers and saw that there were already a few people with 100+ clicks.  There are only 35 of 625 blocks sold, and the price per click for those people is already as low as 10 cents.  Granted, I’m not making my 10 cents per click back, as I have a very long way to go before I see dime-one from this website, and that’s being optimistic.  The thing is, it’s 10 cents per click now, but when this picks up, TRUST me, you’ll get clicks.  I have no affiliation with this site whatsoever, just tooting this persons horn for yet another clever idea.

Now, the other “fold” ( i said it was two-fold).  My 40×40 icon is fairly difficult to see (which has contributed to more clicks), so I figured I’d post a quick snapshot of it in bigger fashion and explain why I picked it (other than the fact that I thought you’d click it to see what it was).

Ok, here it is.  It’s nothing special, right?  It’s a toast in celebration of my first million dollars from blogging!  Riiiiiiight!  It’s actually an adhoc toast at my wedding reception to the best bride in the world.  This toast capped off the best night of my life and was the beginning of everything that is good in my life.  Franky, the “capper” to the night didn’t come for about 45 minutes after this toast, but close enough.

Note, everyone else is using those silly little glasses.  Amateurs!

I just looked a some stats for another site I have that I use Google adWords for. I have been paid approximately 21$ for my last 113 clicks. Just putting things into perspective with the clicks you’ll get here. Again, I’m not going to make much if anything on this particular site. My other Site gets me almost 1$ per click, I pay around .15 to .20, so I net about .80 per click. Again, just showing that paying 15$ for a spot here will almost definitely be worth it if you have a good pic and a good location.
